Dodge Construction Network is a remote-friendly employer seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to drive data-driven decisions and scalable campaign execution. You will partner across marketing, sales, and IT to optimize demand gen, lifecycle marketing, and digital performance.

The role emphasizes data integrity, dashboards, governance, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on lead routing, scoring, attribution, and analytics. 10% travel; ETZ preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Pardot for marketing automation and lead lifecycle tracking.
• Proficiency with WordPress CMS and related plugins.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Unbounce, ON24, and other analytics/landing page tools.
• Familiarity with UTM tagging and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience supporting lead routing, scoring, lifecycle management, and attribution modeling.
• Strong technical aptitude and project management skills; able to translate marketing needs into system solutions.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across marketing and sales to ensure clean data, accurate tracking, and alignment across systems
• Build dashboards and reporting to support marketing analytics by ensuring data integrity and visibility across platforms
• Develop and document processes, workflows, and governance standards for campaign execution and lead management
• Collaborate with demand gen and lifecycle teams to enable perfect lead routing, segmentation, scoring models, and A/B testing
• Monitor and report on platform performance, system errors, and integration gaps—owning troubleshooting and QA
