Dodge Construction Network is seeking a marketing operations analyst to unlock data-driven decisions and enable scalable growth. You will partner across marketing, sales and IT to optimize demand generation, lifecycle marketing and digital performance.

This remote, full-time role reports to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations & Analytics, with travel up to 10%. You will build dashboards, ensure data integrity, document processes, and support attribution modeling and campaign analytics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.
• 4+ years in marketing operations or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Pardot for marketing automation and lifecycle tracking.
• Proficiency with WordPress CMS, GA4, GTM, Unbounce, and related tools.

Aufgaben

• Partner with stakeholders across marketing and sales to ensure clean data, accurate tracking, and alignment across systems.
• Build dashboards and reporting to support marketing analytics by ensuring data integrity and visibility across platforms.
• Develop and document processes, workflows, and governance standards for campaign execution and lead management.
• Collaborate with demand gen and lifecycle teams to enable lead routing, segmentation, scoring models, and A/B testing.
• Monitor and report on platform performance, system errors, and integration gaps—owning troubleshooting and QA.
