Dodge Construction Network is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Operations Analyst to unlock data-driven decision making across demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and digital performance. You will collaborate with marketing, sales and IT to optimize data flows, build dashboards, and ensure accurate attribution in a remote role.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations & Analytics, you will drive governance, lead routing and scoring, and partner across teams to scale

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.
• 4+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related roles.
• Experience with Pardot and WordPress for marketing automation and website updates.

Mansioni

• Partner with stakeholders across marketing and sales to ensure clean data, accurate tracking, and alignment across systems
• Build dashboards and reporting to support marketing analytics by ensuring data integrity and visibility across platforms
• Develop and document processes, workflows, and governance standards for campaign execution and lead management
• Collaborate with demand gen and lifecycle teams to enable precise lead routing, segmentation, scoring models, and A/B testing
• Monitor and report on platform performance, system errors, and integration gaps—owning troubleshooting and QA
