Job summary

EEI is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the proposal and pursuit process—from reviewing RFPs and RFQs to writing, editing, InDesign production, quality control, and final submission. You will help maintain project content for efficient, high-quality proposals and qualifications packages.

You will collaborate with technical leaders, project teams, Marketing, and Business Development to translate complex engineering and building performance into client-focused materials.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proposal coordination, marketing, technical writing, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign for multi-page proposals.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, QBSs, bids, and other solicitations; identify evaluation criteria and submission requirements.
• Develop proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and work plans; assign milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate proposal meetings and collaboration with technical leaders, project teams, and subcontractors.
• Complete final quality-control reviews to ensure proposals are complete, on-brand, and compliant.
