Job summary

Engineering Economics, Inc. (EEI) is seeking a Senior Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to lead and support the firm's proposal process, from reviewing RFIs/RFPs to final submission, in a remote US setting.

You will work with technical leaders and business development to translate engineering content into client-ready materials; proficiency in InDesign and strong editing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proposal coordination or marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat for multi-page documents.
• Experience preparing proposals, statements of qualifications, or Federal SF 330 submissions.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Background in graphic design, website content, SEO, or digital advertising.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive proposal and production work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to complex proposals and provide senior coordination and production support.
• Translate engineering content into accessible marketing language.
• Develop complex proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and work plans.
• Partner with technical leaders and teams to collect and refine content.
• Lead design and production of graphics and layouts for proposals and collateral.
