Job summary

EEI is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the proposal and pursuit process, including reviewing RFPs/RFQs, developing response requirements, and producing high-quality proposals.

You will work with technical leaders, project teams, Marketing, and Business Development to translate complex engineering experience into client-focused materials and maintain content for efficient bid production.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proposal coordination, marketing, technical writing, or related experience.
• Demonstrated writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe InDesign, including creating, editing, formatting, and producing multi-page proposal and qualifications documents under deadline.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitations; translate requirements into a clear proposal response plan.
• Develop proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and work plans; assign milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate meetings with technical leaders, project teams, and subcontractors to gather content.
• Perform final quality-control reviews to ensure proposals are complete, well-written, and properly formatted.
