Job summary

RMF Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Lead Marketing Coordinator to lead complex proposal pursuits from kickoff through submission, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and translate RFP criteria into winning strategies.

You will manage schedules, write and edit responses in branded templates, and mentor marketing coordinators, with a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in Marketing or Communications, 5+ years in A/E/C, strong graphic and writing skills,

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline (English/Journalism preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years in A/E/C with custom proposals and SF330.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams on complex pursuits.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
• Graphic design skills to enhance technical content.

Responsibilities

• Monitor RFP opportunities and lead Go/No-Go discussions.
• Lead kickoff meetings and manage pursuit schedules.
• Collaborate with technical staff to develop win themes and messages.
• Write, organize, and produce RFP responses within tight deadlines.
• Coordinate qualifications packages and pursuit best practices.
