Job summary

RMF Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong writing, editing, and project management skills, able to meet deadlines and produce compelling marketing content.

The role involves proposals, branding collateral, content creation, lead tracking, and coordination with engineers and leadership. Travel to site visits and events is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in AEC marketing, proposals, or communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating compelling proposals, SF330 forms, and branded marketing collateral.
• Craft engaging content for proposals, presentations, brochures, and digital materials.
• Manage multiple deadlines and milestones to ensure timely submissions.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations for interviews, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Track leads and opportunities to keep RMF ahead on industry projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and leadership to showcase RMF's expertise.
• Utilize Deltek Vantagepoint to manage marketing data and workflows.
• Support site visits and industry events as needed.
