Job summary

RMF Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Lead Marketing Coordinator to drive complex proposal pursuits from kickoff through submission. You will support multidisciplinary pursuit teams, relay RFP criteria to project teams, and mentor marketing coordinators throughout the process.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable to changing marketing needs. The role requires coordinating proposal development, crafting win themes, and producing responses under tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline; emphasis in English or Journalism preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of A/E/C experience preparing custom proposals and SF330 qualifications.
• Proven ability to manage complex pursuits and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Self-sufficient on projects with strong organization and communication.
• Demonstrated writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Strong graphic skills to enhance technical content.

Responsibilities

• Monitor websites for RFP opportunities and lead Go/No-Go discussions.
• Lead proposal kickoff meetings and manage pursuit schedules.
• Collaborate with technical staff to develop win themes and messaging.
• Organize and produce responses to RFPs within tight branding templates.
• Serve as a resource for qualifications packages and pursuit best practices.
• Coordinate interview preparation and presentation development.
• Maintain Deltek Vantagepoint and Open Asset project data and assets.
• Support conference, networking, and industry events participation.
• Maintain company marketing collateral aligned with brand standards.
