Job summary

mPulse is seeking a data-driven Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to power our demand generation engine by optimizing marketing technology, automating outreach, and delivering actionable performance insights.

In this role, you'll own the systems, integrations, and processes that drive marketing operations across Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Chili Piper, ensuring data flows from first touch through sales and advocacy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing operations and marketing automation experience.
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience, including attribution and reporting.
• Analytics experience: build reports, reconcile data, draw conclusions.
• Experience administering an enterprise marketing automation platform.
• Familiarity with CDP concepts, data modeling and segmentation.
• Data hygiene practices: deduplication, suppression, list validation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data flow across connected systems and troubleshoot sync issues.
• Manage the lead lifecycle end-to-end: capture, validation, scoring, routing, conversion.
• Build and troubleshoot marketing automation workflows and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and quality standards.
• Build and maintain campaigns, emails, forms, and landing pages.
• Create and validate marketing dashboards and reporting for stakeholders.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver write-ups with findings and recommendations.
• Support funnel attribution and governance across first touch to pipeline.
