Job summary

mPulse is seeking a data-driven Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to optimize marketing technology, automate outreach, and deliver actionable performance insights. You will own systems, integrations, and processes across Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Chili Piper to drive pipeline growth.

You will manage data integrity, reporting, and campaigns while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Sales Ops to improve funnel metrics and overall results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing operations or a comparable platform ownership role.
• 2+ years Salesforce experience including attribution and mapping.
• Hands-on analytics: build reports, reconcile data, draw conclusions.
• Experience administering an enterprise marketing automation platform.
• Familiarity with CDP concepts and data hygiene practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data flow across connected systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage end-to-end lead lifecycle: capture, validation, scoring, routing.
• Build and optimize marketing workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain CRM data quality and standards used across teams.
• Create campaigns, define naming/tagging standards, and test assets.
• Develop marketing emails, forms, landing pages; ensure stakeholder review.
• Produce marketing dashboards and accurate funnel reports.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops on list quality and handoff, reporting.
• Support platform migrations with documentation and testing.
