mPulse is seeking a data-driven Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to power our demand generation engine by optimizing marketing technology, automating outreach, and delivering actionable performance insights. You will own systems and workflows across Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Chili Piper, ensuring clean data and accurate reporting that informs pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations and marketing automation.
• ,

Responsibilities

• Monitor data flow across connected systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage the lead lifecycle end-to-end from capture to routing and conversion.
• Build and maintain marketing automation workflows and CRM processes.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and quality standards.
• Create and manage campaigns, forms, landing pages, and assets with proper tagging.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Support attribution and funnel reporting across first touch to pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales Development and Sales Ops on data quality and campaign readiness.
• Document processes and support platform migrations across marketing tech stack.
