mPulse, a leader in healthcare conversational AI, seeks a data-driven Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to optimize marketing tech, automate outreach, and deliver performance insights. You will own automation workflows, lead routing, and reporting across SF, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Chili Piper.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing operations and marketing automation with platform ownership.
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience including attribution, reporting, and field mapping.
• Hands-on analytics: build reports, reconcile data across systems, draw conclusions.
• Experience administering an enterprise marketing automation platform.
• Familiarity with CDP concepts or demonstrated migration experience.
• Data hygiene practices: deduplication, suppression, list validation, resolving sync errors.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data flow across all connected systems, troubleshoot sync errors, and resolve issues before they impact downstream work.
• Own the lead lifecycle end-to-end: capture, validation, scoring, routing, and conversion.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot marketing automation workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and quality standards across teams and systems.
• Build and maintain campaigns across the marketing automation platform and CRM.
• Develop and QA marketing emails, forms, and landing pages; validate assets before testing.
• Manage all list processing from intake through CRM delivery.
• Create marketing reporting and dashboards, ensuring accuracy before distribution.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver written recaps with findings and recommendations.
• Support attribution and funnel reporting from first touch through pipeline.
• Partner with Sales Development on list quality, campaign readiness, lead handoff, and reporting.
• Support marketing operations projects and platform migrations with documentation and testing.
• Administer the marketing tech stack and integrations between platforms.
