The Manufacturing Engineer – Module Frames will drive concurrent engineering, supplier readiness, and industrialization for steel components across a global supplier footprint, ensuring manufacturability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline; 10+ years in manufacturing engineering/industrialization for steel components.
• Experience with roll forming, stamping, welding, laser cutting, machining, coating/finishing, assembly, automation.

Responsibilities

• Support the launch and ramp-up of new equipment at supplier locations, domestic and international.
• Provide manufacturing feasibility input and DFM/DFMA recommendations during product development.
• Review drawings and specs to identify manufacturability risks and propose engineering solutions.
• Lead innovation in manufacturing technologies for complex roll forming of steel products with related processes.
• Plan prototype builds, supplier trials, and on-site validations; verify key dimensions.
