Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing Engineering – Module Frames to lead a global team responsible for module frames manufacturing, equipment launches, and process standardization. You will drive concurrent engineering, supplier readiness, and tech validation to scale capacity while maintaining quality and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 15+ years in manufacturing engineering/industrialization for steel components in OEM/CM environments.
• Proven experience with DFM/DFMA in design releases.
• Experience leading large engineering teams and complex change programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Module Frames Engineering team in equipment launch and ramp for capacity expansion.
• Drive DFM/DFMA input through product development and supplier feedback.
• Enforce gates, manufacturability, and cost/timing constraints across regions.
