Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Engineer – Module Frames to drive manufacturability, supplier readiness, and industrialization across a global footprint. You will guide design for manufacturability, validate processes, and support design release decisions through rigorous analysis and factory validation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with R&D, Quality, Program Management, and Procurement to ensure scalable, cost-effective, and reliable steel components and assemblies

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing engineering / industrialization for steel components and assemblies.
• Experience with roll forming of complex steel shapes and fabrication processes.
• Proven ability to drive concurrent engineering (DFM/DFMA) and supplier capability translation into design requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support launch, commissioning and ramp-up of new equipment at supplier locations (domestic and international).
• Provide manufacturing feasibility input during product development and advise on DFM/DFMA feedback.
• Lead engineering changes in PLM with controlled implementation at suppliers.
• Drive cost-reduction through design/process improvements while maintaining product performance.
