Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial advisory, strategic accounting, or CFO services.
• Experience in manufacturing or production-based companies is required.
• Strong executive presence and communication with C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
• Mentoring abilities and ability to develop leaders within client teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex client engagements and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client relationships, providing strategic financial guidance for planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, M&A, and capital decisions.
• Lead client teams of Controllers and accountants to set partnership tone and deliver WOW service.
• Oversee cost accounting structures and analyze margin by product, line and customer.
• Translate plant data into KPI dashboards connected to the P&L and financial decisions.
• Lead capital expenditure ROI analysis and working capital strategy; manage lender relationships.
• Build pricing models accounting for raw material costs, tariffs, and supplier terms.
• Support ERP/MRP systems to ensure accurate data flow into financial reporting.
• Lead quarterly client QBRs and drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Mentor team members and share manufacturing know-how across the firm.
