The successful candidate will guide clients from boardrooms to shop floors, mentor teams, and drive growth while maintaining a strong culture of integrity and service. This is a national remote opportunity with full benefits.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in financial advisory or CFO services.
- Hands-on cost accounting, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis.
- Experience with manufacturing ERP/MRP and capacity/capital decisions.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor client teams.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end client relationship and provide strategic financial guidance.
- Lead client teams of Controllers and accountants.
- Develop cost accounting structures and conduct variance analysis.
- Oversee inventory accounting from materials to finished goods.
- Translate plant data into KPI dashboards and financial decisions.
- Lead capex ROI analysis and working capital strategy.
