Job summary

All In One Accounting is seeking a strategic Manufacturing CFO to own a book of client relationships and provide executive-level financial leadership to small and mid-sized manufacturers. You will lead a team of accountants and controllers, owning metrics, outcomes, and EOS commitments to deliver high-value CFO services across your book.

The role requires a CPA/CMA or equivalent, 12+ years in financial leadership within manufacturing, and proven ability to guide strategic financial plans,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership with manufacturing experience.
• Experience in executive-level financial advisory and client relationship ownership.
• Deep expertise in manufacturing finance including cost accounting, capital planning, inventory management, and operating strategy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CFO services to full book of manufacturing clients with high strategic depth.
• Lead and develop accounting delivery team; manage relationships with clients and lenders.
• Oversee realization, utilization, NPS, retention, and growth for client books.
• Manage internal responsibilities including time tracking, capacity planning, and Rocks; participate in Brand Ambassador program.
