Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; CPA preferred.
• 8–10 years accounting experience.
• Experience as Controller or Assistant Controller in small privately-held, entrepreneurial companies.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite).
• CPA highly preferred; Public Accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and safeguard clients' financial resources and reporting integrity.
• Lead and mentor Shared Services Specialists and Accountants.
• Own corporate finance, GAAP adherence, and tax compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasts, and monthly financial reports for client alignment.
• Drive financial system/process innovation and risk mitigation.
