Job summary

Your Money Line is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead finance strategy and operations. As a member of the executive team, you will own FP&A, capital strategy, budgeting, A/P, A/R, and day-to-day financial operations.

The role offers remote or hybrid work and significant board and investor interaction. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance with 5+ in senior leadership, strong fundraising experience, and a track record of building finance teams in ventures or high-growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 10+ years in finance and accounting with 5+ in senior leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency with financial software, revenue management, and CRM.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience fundraising, investor relations, and working with a Board.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the executive team to shape strategy and capital direction.
• Refine financial model, forecast, and budgeting processes.
• Lead fundraising, investor relations, and due diligence coordination.
• Oversee external accounting, tax, and advisory relationships.
• Manage tax filings, cross-jurisdiction compliance, and planning.
• Collaborate with department heads on budgets and controls.
• Deliver board-ready financial reporting and banking packages.
• Administer accounts payable/receivable and cash management.
• Lead the implementation and management of financial systems.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risk, including insurance and internal controls.
