Job summary

A La C.A.R.T.E. Solutions is actively seeking a senior CFO-level advisor to serve manufacturing and production-based clients from a fully remote U.S. footprint.

You will own client relationships, guide strategic financial decisions, and drive improvements in costing, pricing, and profitability while mentoring teams. You will lead cross-functional efforts with Controllers and accountants, leveraging ERP/MRP systems to connect plant data to the P&L and deliver impactful QBRs that expand our client

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial advisory or CFO services, including 5+ years in manufacturing leadership.
• Expert in cost accounting, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and profitability.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP/MRP and partnering with operations on capacity and pricing.
• Proven leadership guiding mid-market businesses through financial planning, lender relations, and risk management.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client relationships, provide strategic financial guidance and budgeting.
• Lead manufacturing cost accounting structures and perform variance analysis.
• Oversee inventory accounting and improve turns and accuracy.
• Translate plant data into financial decisions and KPI dashboards.
• Lead capital expenditure ROI analysis and working capital strategy.
• Mentor controllers and accountants; drive client QBRs and satisfaction.
