Job summary

Toast, Inc. is hiring a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to grow Toast’s presence with Mandarin cuisine restaurants. This fully remote role requires living in the PST time zone and communicating in both Mandarin and English to close deals via calls, demos, and contracts.

You will partner with onboarding and use a consultative approach to meet restaurant needs across the Toast platform. The role emphasizes bilingual sales, inbound conversion, referrals, and language-inclusive customer

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
• 1+ years in sourcing or closing sales, restaurant ops, or related field.
• Strong communication, organization and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos in the customer’s language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s language.
• Ensure onboarding team and customer are set up for success post sale.
• Understand competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
