Job summary

Toast is seeking a bilingual Mandarin Inside Sales professional to grow our Mandarin restaurant market from a remote home office in the United States. You will convert inbound demand, generate opportunities, and close contracts in the customer’s language, collaborating with Toast teams in English for internal processes.

You will communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and prospects, with English used for internal communications.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• 1+ year of sourcing or closing sales experience or related field.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in your market.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos in the customer’s language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s language.
• Coordinate with onboarding to ensure customer success post-sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
