Job summary

Toast is seeking a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to drive growth in Mandarin cuisine restaurants. This fully remote role involves a consultative sales approach, inbound demand conversion, referrals, and contracts in Mandarin and English.

You will build trusted relationships with restaurateurs and help them run Toast’s end-to-end platform more effectively. Your Mandarin and English skills will be used to engage Mandarin-speaking customers and collaborate with Toast teammates in English.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
• 1+ years of experience in sourcing or closing sales, or related industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer’s language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s language.
• Coordinate with onboarding to set customers up for success post-sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
