Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Managing Director for Finance and Operations to lead financial strategy and operations in a remote-capable setup across the United States, United Kingdom, or Kenya. You will oversee planning, investment administration, compliance, and organizational operations to drive sustainable growth while partnering with the CEO and senior leadership.

You will build and manage finance and HR teams, strengthen governance, and advance revenue diversification in a mission-driven, globally

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• CPA/CFA/MBA preferred for senior leadership.
• Extensive experience in financial management and investment environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategy and reporting for executive and board.
• Oversee budgeting, audits, and regulatory compliance (GAAP).
• Manage cash, assets, and reserve funds.
• Oversee grant/funding administration and reporting.
• Design financial models, pricing, and budgets with business development.
• Support investment operations and fund administration.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and regulatory filings.
• Lead HR operations and international payroll across jurisdictions.
