Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Corporate Controller based in the United States to lead accounting operations for a global organization. This executive role oversees close processes, policies, internal controls, and compliance with US GAAP, delivering accurate financial reporting across entities.

You will mentor the accounting team, drive system improvements (NetSuite, Concur, ADP), manage audits and tax compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to the CFO and CEO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; MS or MBA preferred.
• CPA credential preferred.
• At least 10 years of full-time experience in public accounting or industry.
• Experience supporting international operations and multi-jurisdiction accounting.
• Experience leading remote accounting teams.
• Strong GAAP, internal controls, and financial close process knowledge.
• Proficient with NetSuite; familiarity with Concur and ADP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
• Develop, document, implement, and enforce accounting policies and internal controls.
• Oversee billing, cash receipts, receivables aging, and merchant accounting.
• Oversee accounts payable, payroll processing, and payroll tax compliance.
• Oversee international accounting and currency translation per US GAAP; manage foreign tax obligations.
• Maintain integrity of financial systems and data.
