Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-time accounting experience.
• Experience with international operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Remote team leadership experience in distributed environments.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, internal controls, and financial close expertise.
• Experience with NetSuite; familiarity with Concur and ADP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Set accounting policies and internal controls.
• Oversee accounts receivable and cash application.
• Manage accounts payable, payroll, and tax compliance.
• Oversee international accounting and currency translation.
• Drive financial system improvements with NetSuite, Concur, and ADP.
• Prepare audit workpapers and support external audits.
• Advise executive leadership on GAAP and financial reporting.
• Develop and mentor the accounting team.
