Jobgether is seeking a Corporate Controller for a remote opportunity based in the United States. This executive role leads accounting operations, manages monthly closes, and ensures GAAP-compliant financial reporting across international entities.

You'll establish policies, strengthen internal controls, oversee tax compliance and audits, and mentor the accounting team while partnering with senior leadership to drive financial performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; MSc or MBA preferred.
• CPA credential preferred.
• At least 10 years of full-time accounting experience.
• Experience supporting international operations.
• Experience leading remote accounting teams.
• Strong GAAP, internal controls, and close processes.
• Proficiency with NetSuite; familiarity with Concur and ADP.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and internal controls.
• Oversee accounts receivable and billing activities.
• Manage accounts payable, payroll, and tax compliance.
• Supervise international accounting across entities.
• Maintain financial systems integrity and data accuracy.
• Lead financial system improvements with NetSuite/Concur/ADP.
• Prepare audit workpapers and support schedules.
• Advise CFO/CEO on GAAP and reporting.
• Improve reporting quality and disclosures.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting and inventory.
• Develop accounting team through mentoring.
• Support strategic priorities and process improvements.
