Jobgether seeks a Director of Finance Systems based in the United States to own the financial technology infrastructure for a fast-growing digital health company. Lead accounting systems, financial reporting, and automation to speed the close and improve efficiency.

This remote leadership role oversees NetSuite, Ramp, Zip, FloQast, and revenue reporting tools, and drives implementations with strong governance and auditability.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in finance systems or ERP administration with NetSuite ownership.
• Experience leading a finance system implementation or post-launch stabilization.
• Experience designing IT general controls for financial reporting in audit-ready environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable system workflows and integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve core financial platforms including NetSuite and reporting tools.
• Lead new finance system launches, upgrades, and improvements end-to-end.
• Accelerate financial close by streamlining accounting workflows and reporting.
• Define AI and automation strategies with secure, auditable workflows.
• Establish IT general controls and governance for reliable reporting.
• Govern chart of accounts and develop NetSuite reports and searches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust system workflows.
• Coordinate integrations with other business applications from the outset.
• Strengthen data integrity, security, and auditability across systems.
