Jobgether is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations from the United States. This executive role directs monthly, quarterly, and annual close, governance of policies and controls, and coordination of audits and tax compliance across international operations.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in accounting, strong GAAP expertise, and experience leading remote teams while driving financial system improvements and strategic reporting initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; a Master of Science or MBA preferred.
• CPA credential preferred.
• 10+ years of full-time experience in public accounting or industry.
• Experience supporting international operations and multi-jurisdiction accounting.
• Experience managing remote teams in distributed environments.
• Strong GAAP, internal controls, reconciliations, and audit readiness knowledge.
• Experience with NetSuite; familiarity with Concur and ADP is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
• Develop, document, and enforce financial policies and internal controls.
• Oversee billing, cash receipts, receivables aging, and merchant accounting.
• Manage accounts payable, payroll processing, and corporate payroll tax compliance.
• Oversee international accounting and currency translation per US GAAP and VAT obligations.
• Maintain financial data integrity and control environments.
• Lead financial system improvements with NetSuite, Concur, and ADP.
• Direct audit workpapers, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
