Job summary

SentiLink is hiring a Manager to own model governance end-to-end for banking and fintech clients from a US-based remote location. You’ll lead a team of 3+ data scientists and governance professionals, set strategy, and mentor the team as the company scales.

You'll own governance activities, validate models, prepare reports for regulators and customers, and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and product teams. Strong hands-on capability and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in model risk management, model validation, or governance.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• Deep knowledge of model governance for financial institutions.
• Technical depth: read models, interrogate methodology; Python/SQL know-how.
• Bias for action; balance governance rigor with speed.
• Strong analytical skills and communication.
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3+ data scientists and governance professionals.
• Set strategy for governance, monitoring, validation, and change management.
• Own relationships with banks, fintechs, auditors, and regulators.
• Prepare validation reports and governance documentation for leadership.
