Colliers in Ontario is seeking a Manager of Lease Administration to lead a team responsible for lease data, reporting, and client services on large accounts. You will oversee a team of Lease Analysts, ensure data quality, and drive strong client governance and performance.

The role emphasizes remote collaboration with global teams, deep knowledge of lease controls, and strong MS Office skills to support financial accounting and client reporting across Canada.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in the commercial real estate lease administration industry.
• Experience with multiple commercial real estate database applications such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease, or other portfolio management database systems.
• Thorough knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting rules and general accounting principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Lease Administration team on large and multiple accounts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, account managers, and landlords as needed.
• Mentor Lease Analysts and support onboarding and training.
• Oversee abstraction, translation, and quality control of lease data.
• Prepare and review monthly portfolio updates and performance reports.
