Colliers International is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead to manage global lease administration for midsized to large, complex accounts. You will drive client relationships, oversee data integrity, and coordinate with a global team to deliver accurate reporting and billing.

The role emphasizes strong governance, proactive risk management, and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with global accounts and multi-location portfolios.
• Knowledge of lease abstractions, agreements, and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Maintain client agreements and enter data in WorkTrac; ensure accuracy.
• Conduct regular client meetings to present portfolio updates and metrics.
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical lease information; manage risk.
• Lead with effective communication and governance programs; coordinate with global team.
• Prepare and lead monthly rental payment schedules; review client billing for accuracy.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve disputes.
