Job summary

Colliers seeks an experienced Manager of Lease Administration to lead a team delivering comprehensive lease administration for large and multiple accounts. You will oversee reporting, data integrity, and client communications, ensuring accurate lease abstracts, rent obligations, and governance practices.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in CRE lease management, cross-functional leadership, and experience with Colliers360, WorkTrac, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or property management.
• Experience with multiple CRE database applications (CoStar, Yardi, ProLease, etc.).
• Strong time management and remote working capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration resources and direct reports.
• Lead a small team of Lease Analysts across multiple accounts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords for assigned accounts.
• Provide quality control within the database to identify errors.
• Create, edit, and run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Mentor Lease Analysts on key duties and standards.
• Oversee lease abstraction and verification across accounts.
• Coordinate account transitions and setup as needed.
