Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead to manage global lease administration, client and vendor relationships, and centralized schedules and reports for high complexity accounts. The role focuses on midsized to large accounts under global management, with remote work across various US locations.

You will lead governance programs, oversee data quality in lease systems like WorkTrac, and drive client satisfaction through metrics and proactive risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Working experience with commercial real estate database applications such as Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan, or other portfolio management database systems.
• Thorough knowledge of FASB/ IFRS accounting rules and general accounting principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding global lease administration matters.
• Understand client business objectives, real estate portfolio strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain thorough understanding of client agreements including scope, fee structure, billing frequency and payee information in WorkTrac.
• Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to present portfolio updates, key metrics, and performance reports.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs such as reporting cadence and communication methods.
• Track, maintain, and communicate expirations and option dates.
