Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager, Customer Sales to lead, coach, and mentor a team focused on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals for our small to midsize business segment.

You will guide a team of Corporate Account Managers, drive sales excellence, and collaborate with Sales Engineering and Channel teams to expand customer investments in CrowdStrike. This role demands strategic leadership and a deep understanding of cybersecurity offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full sales cycle experience in an account management capacity selling to a technical audience (IT, Security, Engineers).
• 1+ year of front-line sales management experience with quota responsibility.
• Experience working with channel sales, pre/post sales, and supporting departments to drive sales execution.
• Track record of hiring, coaching, and leading successful sales teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Managers.
• Coach reps on sales strategies, technique, and best practices for presenting to customers and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Grow the team’s pipeline by collaborating with internal teams and improving close rates.
• Recruit and train new Corporate Account Managers.
