Job summary

CrowdStrike, a global cybersecurity leader, seeks a Manager of Customer Sales to lead a team of Corporate Account Managers focused on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. You will guide strategy, coaching, and performance while partnering with Sales Engineering and Channel teams to expand customer investments.

You’ll drive pipeline, coach reps on presentations and health checks, and recruit talent to sustain growth in the SMB segment across the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full sales cycle experience targeting technical audiences (IT, Security, Engineers).
• 1+ year front-line sales management with quota attainment.
• Experience with channel sales, presales/post-sales support.
• Track record hiring, coaching, and leading sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 6–8 Corporate Account Managers.
• Develop sales strategies and health checks to grow upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build pipeline and increase close rates.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new Corporate Account Managers.
• Align with Sales Engineering to devise account plans.
• Work with Channel Team to expand customer investments.
• Provide forecasts and updates to leadership.
• Become a CrowdStrike product expert and industry insider.
• Drive renewals and expansion through customer engagements.
