CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager, Customer Sales who will lead, coach, and mentor a team of capable Corporate Account Managers focused on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. This team handles the full sales cycle for our small to midsize business segment.

You’ll coach reps on strategies, grow the pipeline, recruit and train new managers, and collaborate with Sales Engineering and the Channel Team to expand customer investments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full sales cycle for IT, security, or SaaS buyers.
• 1+ year of frontline sales management with quota responsibility.
• Experience collaborating with channel and presales/post sales teams.
• Proven track record hiring and coaching successful sales reps.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both live and virtual.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Corporate Account Managers to upsell, cross-sell, and renew.
• Develop pipelines, apply critical thinking to improve close rates.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new managers and reps.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering to craft account strategies.
• Partner with Channel Team to expand customer investments.
• Forecast and report updates to leadership.
• Drive expansions and renewals with customer engagements.
