CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager, Corporate Sales to lead and develop a team of Corporate Account Executives focused on acquiring new business in the mid-market segment. You will drive revenue growth, coach sales talent, and build a high-performing team.

You will recruit, onboard, and manage 6-8 Account Executives, forecast pipeline, and partner with internal teams to improve close rates while presenting CrowdStrike's cybersecurity value to customers and prospects.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in technology (SaaS or cybersecurity)
• 1+ years of frontline sales management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Experience coaching sales teams and driving performance
• Salesforce experience and forecasting skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and hiring experience
• Channel sales experience preferred
