Ladders is seeking a Major Accounts Executive, South Central, to drive growth across major accounts in the enterprise cybersecurity/SaaS space. You will lead complex deals from discovery through contract, partnering with technical presales and CISOs to build compelling business cases and long-term engagements.

This remote role targets US-based candidates, with a compensation range of $150,000–$180,000 annually and strong emphasis on forecasting discipline and multi-year terms.

Formación

• 8+ years closing enterprise cybersecurity/SaaS deals.
• Experience closing $1M ARR+ with 6+ month cycles.
• Ability to navigate complex security procurement processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow a portfolio of major and strategic accounts through the full sales cycle.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees to build consensus across priorities.
• Collaborate with technical presales for live evaluations and POCs.
• Structure and negotiate enterprise contracts with multi-year terms.
• Develop business cases addressing risk reduction and ROI for stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline for long-cycle, high-ACV deals.
• Prioritize customer success to mitigate renewal risk.
