Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead regional sales execution and guide Commercial Account Executives in pursuit of ambitious revenue goals. This remote role targets cybersecurity markets within the United States, coordinating with channel partners and executive stakeholders to close complex enterprise deals.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of enterprise software sales to corporate IT, strong leadership, and experience with Miller Heiman/MEDDIC methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of enterprise software sales targeting corporate IT audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven leadership managing regional sales teams.
• Experience with Miller Heiman and MEDDIC methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with channel partners.
• Strong presentation skills for executive and technical audiences.
• Proven track record in closing high-value transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Commercial Account Executives to achieve sales goals
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives
• Forecast sales requirements and manage the annual budget
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers to expand the customer base
• Identify new product opportunities and track competitor trends
• Stay updated on industry changes and deepen personal expertise in cybersecurity
• Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving targets
