Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant law firm experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a heavy and diversified caseload of MA-based matters.
• Communicate with clients regarding their matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions and legal memoranda; review and draft agreements.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve claims.
• Conduct legal research on contract and consumer law issues.
• Travel for in-court appearances; work primarily from home.
