You will communicate with clients, conduct legal research, and collaborate with senior staff. The position allows remote work with required travel for in-court appearances, ensuring exposure to diverse civil litigation matters.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice law in Michigan.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm.
• Superior organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise a heavy and diversified caseload in Michigan.
• Communicate with clients regarding their matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; review and draft agreements.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.
• Conduct legal research on contract law and other consumer-law issues.
• Travel for in-court appearances as needed; work primarily from home.
