Qualifications

• Currently admitted to practice law in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a heavy and diversified caseload in New Jersey.
• Communicate with clients regarding matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; review and draft agreements.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve or settle claims.
• Conduct legal research on contract and consumer-law topics.
• Travel for in-court appearances as needed.
