Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice law in Illinois and maintain active bar status.
• At least 1 year of relevant law firm experience handling consumer protection matters.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda for Illinois matters.
• Maintain a heavy and diversified caseload and timely communicate with clients.
• Review and draft agreements and liaise with opposing parties for settlements.
• Conduct legal research on contract and consumer law issues.
