Eaton is seeking an M&A Integration Program Manager to drive successful integration of Boyd Thermal. You’ll translate integration priorities into clear plans, manage initiatives, and coordinate with leaders across regions.

The role involves remote work within the United States and up to 25% travel domestically and internationally. The position offers exposure to post‑merger integration, business transformation, and enterprise program management, with a salary of $113,000–$165,000 annually

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years of experience in program or project management, management consulting, business transformation, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or post-merger integration.
• Candidates must be capable of travelling up to 25% of the time domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional plans, milestones, risks, and executive reporting while partnering with leaders across functions and regions.
• Independently manage selected integration initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring owners, due dates, dependencies, and expected outcomes are clear.
• Maintain accurate program information in Eaton’s designated integration-management systems, including milestones, actions, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
• Identify cross-functional conflicts, delays, and emerging risks; work with stakeholders on mitigation plans and accelerate decisions through governance forums.
• Prepare concise status reports, dashboards, executive briefings, and presentation materials for Integration Management Office and executive governance reviews.
• Facilitate working sessions and governance meetings with agendas, decisions, actions, and follow-through.
• Coordinate TSA-exit or operating-model readiness activities and other integration priorities.
• Partner with change-management leaders to support stakeholder engagement, readiness, training, and adoption activities.
• Analyze program data and performance indicators to identify trends and suggest actions.
• Capture lessons learned and improve integration tools, templates, processes, and reporting practices.
