Job summary

Eaton is seeking an M&A Integration Program Manager to drive the successful integration of Boyd Thermal. This role can be performed remotely within the United States with periodic travel to Eaton and Boyd Thermal sites.

You will translate priorities into plans, manage assigned initiatives, and collaborate across regions and time zones to enable timely decisions. The position requires five years of PM or related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years of experience in program or project management or related fields.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integrated workplans, milestones, and deliverables across functional workstreams.
• Independently manage integration initiatives from planning through execution with clear owners and due dates.
• Maintain program information in Eaton’s integration-management systems (milestones, actions, risks, decisions).
• Identify risks and delays; work with stakeholders on mitigation plans and governance decisions.
