Eaton seeks an M&A Integration Program Manager to drive post-merger integration for Boyd Thermal across regions. You will translate priorities into clear plans, measurable actions, and timely decisions, coordinating cross-functional workstreams and governance.

This remote-friendly role requires travel up to 25% domestically and internationally, collaboration across time zones, and reporting to the Integration Management Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years of experience in program or project management, management consulting, business transformation, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or post-merger integration.
• Candidates must be capable of travelling up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Eaton will not sponsor employment immigration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional plans, milestones, risks, and executive reporting with leaders across functions and regions.
• Independently manage integration initiatives from planning through execution with clear owners and due dates.
• Maintain program information in integration-management systems with milestones, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Identify conflicts, delays and risks; work with stakeholders on mitigation and timely governance decisions.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, executive briefings, and materials for governance reviews.
• Facilitate working sessions and governance meetings, documenting decisions and actions.
• Coordinate TSA exits, capability stand-up, operating-model changes, and other priorities.
• Partner with change-management to support readiness, training, and adoption.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for action.
• Capture lessons learned to improve tools, templates, and reporting.
