Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years of experience in program or project management, management consulting, business transformation, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or post-merger integration.
• Candidates must be capable of travelling up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Eaton will not consider immigration sponsorship for this position.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate integrated workplans, milestones, deliverables, and critical-path activities across assigned functional workstreams.
• Independently manage selected integration initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring owners, due dates, dependencies, and expected outcomes are clear.
• Maintain program information in Eaton’s integration-management systems, including milestones, actions, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings for governance reviews.
• Facilitate governance meetings by developing agendas, documenting decisions, and driving follow-through.
